Scottsdale's dining scene has been invigorated with the arrival of The Guest House, a contemporary steak and seafood restaurant that opened its doors on January 9, 2026.

Occupying the former Etta space in the bustling Scottsdale Quarter, this marks the third location for the brand, following successful launches in Austin and Las Vegas.

The transformation from Etta to The Guest House was swift, with RDM Hospitality overseeing the change after acquiring the Etta brand in 2024.

The revamped 8,500-square-foot venue boasts warm lighting, lush greenery, and layered textures, creating an inviting atmosphere that transitions from a relaxed dining experience to a vibrant, lounge-like energy as the evening progresses.

At the helm of the kitchen is Executive Chef Todd Mark Miller, who has crafted a menu of elevated New American cuisine.

Highlights include tuna and caviar cones, a premium Wagyu steak program, and spicy rigatoni.

Signature dishes like the TGH Buttermilk Chicken Tenders and Wagyu Pastrami and Cheesesteak are also featured, ensuring a blend of innovation and familiarity.

Adding to the immersive dining experience, certain dishes involve tableside preparations, such as the Wagyu starter cooked on a tableside grill and the flaming burrata finished with a torch.

The beverage program is equally engaging, with standout cocktails like the Tulgey Woods, a seasonal Margarita served in jars at the base of a cotton candy tree, and the Magic Mushroom, a tequila drink presented in a terrarium-like setting.

Founder Raj Kumar expressed enthusiasm about the expansion, stating, "Scottsdale is a city that appreciates great food, beautiful environments, and memorable nights out. We felt it was the perfect next home for the brand. This isn’t just dinner. It's an evening that builds."

With plans to further expand into Dallas, Houston, and Denver, The Guest House is poised to become a staple in the modern American dining landscape.

For those seeking a dynamic dining experience that seamlessly blends exceptional cuisine with a lively ambiance, The Guest House in Scottsdale offers a compelling new option.
