Telefèric Barcelona Introduces Vibrant Modern Tapas to Scottsdale |
Experience modern Spanish cuisine at Telefèric Barcelona in Scottsdale, where traditional tapas meet innovative flavors and stylish ambiance. |
Scottsdale's culinary landscape has been invigorated with the arrival of Telefèric Barcelona, a renowned Spanish restaurant that has officially opened its doors at Scottsdale Fashion Square.
Originating from Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain, in 1992, Telefèric Barcelona has expanded its presence to the United States, with several locations in California and now its first in Arizona. The Scottsdale venue offers a menu that artfully blends traditional Spanish dishes with modern twists. Diners can indulge in tapas such as patatas bravas, pulpo Telefèric (grilled octopus with pimentón potato purée), and gambas al ajillo (garlic shrimp). Signature paellas, including the Paella Negra made with squid ink, shrimp, and octopus, and the Lobster Paella, are also featured.
The beverage program is equally impressive, showcasing premium Spanish wines, sangrias, and unique cocktails like the prickly pear-infused Sangria Barceloneta. An interactive highlight is the traditional Spanish porrón experience, where guests can pour wine directly from a glass pitcher into their mouths, adding a playful element to the dining experience.
Situated at 7014 E. Camelback Rd., the 6,676-square-foot restaurant is part of Scottsdale Fashion Square's ongoing enhancement of its dining offerings. The mall has recently welcomed other notable establishments, including Élephante, Catch, and Din Tai Fung, further solidifying its status as a premier destination for both shopping and dining.
The opening of Telefèric Barcelona introduces a vibrant and authentic Spanish dining experience to Scottsdale, offering residents and visitors a taste of Spain's rich culinary traditions in a contemporary setting. |
