Estelle, a two-story open-air restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale, has unveiled an enticing new brunch menu that blends Mediterranean and Mexican flavors.

 

Among the standout dishes is the Burrata & Pesto Omelet, featuring creamy burrata, basil pesto, Campari tomatoes, arugula, and breakfast potatoes. For those with a sweet tooth, the Olive Oil French Toast combines brioche, burrata, fig jam, and strawberries. Lighter options include the Avocado Toast, topped with smashed avocado, whipped feta, a chili-oil-fried egg, salsa macha, and served on grilled ciabatta. Another savory choice at Estelle, Scottsdale the Kofta & Eggs, pairing a beef kofta kebab with eggs prepared to your liking, sliced tomato, breakfast potatoes, and grilled ciabatta. 

 

Complementing the culinary offerings, Estelle's new cocktail lineup adds a refreshing twist to the brunch experience. The "French Toast Martini" offers a sweet take on the classic espresso martini, blending Smirnoff vodka, cold brew coffee, Mr. Black coffee liqueur, and French toast syrup. The "Garden Party" cocktail combines Watermelon & Basil Grey Goose, prosecco, lemon, black pepper, and basil for a refreshing sip. For a fruity option, the "Pom Pom" mixes Tito's vodka, pomegranate, lemon, mint, and simple syrup. Tequila enthusiasts can enjoy the "Sup Doc," featuring Casamigos Blanco tequila, carrot, lemon, and brown sugar-cinnamon syrup.

 

No brunch is complete without mimosas, and Estelle delivers with half-size bottle service accompanied by three fresh juices and berries. Guests can select from a variety of champagnes and sparkling wines, with prices ranging from $50 to $150.

 

Since its opening in 2025, Estelle has become a vibrant addition to Old Town Scottsdale's dining scene, offering a unique blend of Mexican and Mediterranean influences.
