Mendocino Farms, a popular California sandwich and salad destination, will open its first Arizona location in Scottsdale in 2026.
The new eatery will occupy a 3,000-square-foot space with a 500-square-foot patio at the corner of Scottsdale Road and Paradise Lane, offering both indoor and outdoor seating for guests.
Known for its chef-inspired menu, Mendocino Farms offers signature items like the "Not So Fried" Chicken Sandwich and Avocado Quinoa Superfood Ensalada, gaining a devoted following across its 80+ locations in four states.
The arrival at Scottsdale Promenade marks a major step in the brand’s national growth and aims to bring its fresh, innovative flavors to the heart of the Valley’s vibrant dining scene.

Caldwell County BBQ is expanding its authentic Texas-style barbecue experience with a new 4,800-square-foot location in downtown Peoria, opening Thursday, February 5.
This marks the restaurant’s third spot — and its first in the West Valley — offering a spacious indoor-outdoor setting at 8315 W. Washington Street, complete with bars, TVs, and a private dining room for groups.
A ribbon-cutting celebration featuring Peoria Mayor Jason Beck starts at 10:30 a.m., followed by public opening at 11 a.m.
The evening festivities run from 5 to 9 p.m., with live music, family-friendly activities, and games on the patio.
Guests can enjoy favorites like 12-hour slow-smoked brisket, ribs, and scratch-made sides, building on Caldwell’s reputation since its 2018 debut in Gilbert.
